Franklin Commons is a tree-lined, family oriented neighborhood comprised of 77 town homes, well maintained common area and a 'tot lot' in Northern Virginia. It is located in Fairfax County near Backlick Road and the Springfield/Franconia Parkway in Springfield, just south of the Capital Beltway circling Washington, DC. The community has easy access to Interstates I-95, I-395, I-495 and the Fairfax County Parkway, Washington's Metrorail System, and the Virginia Railway Express, providing an easy commute to the Washington area's major employment centers
Franklin Commons is managed by the board of directors. They currently handle all of our homeowner's association issues except the HOA dues. Any other issues should be brought to the attention of the board or email to info@franklincommons.com
